Post: The voucher will be posted to the delivery address provided. For UK deliveries, please allow up to 7 working days for processing and delivery. Please note ROI and overseas deliveries will take longer. 3. REDEEM – Monetary Value Voucher: Can be redeemed against any experience or hotel offering including overnight stays, afternoon tea, dining, country club membership, functions, and weddings. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VOUCHER CAN NOT BE REDEEMED IN PURE PHYSIO CLINIC, LA MON HAIR STUDIO, OR ODESSI HEALTH & BEAUTY. 4. Experience Voucher: The customer will be responsible for any shortfall if the price of the experience has increased when the voucher is redeemed. Vouchers are not redeemable online. 5. It is imperative that a downloaded & printed e-voucher is presented for use, otherwise an alternative payment method will be required. 6. Receipts and confirmation emails will not be accepted as valid forms of payment. 7. If the full value of a monetary value voucher is not redeemed entirely, the balance can be applied to future experiences. 8. The value of an experience voucher may be used for experiences of a higher value, on payment of the difference. 9. Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be exchanged for cash. 10. Vouchers have no expiry date. 11. Vouchers have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Vouchers will not be redeemed or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. 12.
